It is helpful to everyone to withdrawal from every ATM in Türkiye, it is best option. But, Money load to Vodafone pay card is possible only working hours with your bank account, it is an awful side of this system. I conveyed my comment to customer service how to enhance their system with adding IBAN for each customer.

very useless app unfortunately. they tell you to call them on 542 and that's more useless. They link you with a digital assistant which just programed and doesn't help at all

The worst app ever! Doesn't even give the gift money they offered. They don't let you swap your money back to your bank account,they don't let you combine the money in your virtual card and virtual purse. They don't help you with anything at all.
