SAO is an operational management platform that allows you to record field activities, validate their execution, and generate digital files with supporting evidence and reports in PDF format.

SAO (Operational Management System) is a solution for the comprehensive control of field activities and administrative tracking.
The platform allows you to capture activities, associate supporting evidence, manage review statuses, and consolidate information into a digital file for each activity.
In addition, SAO generates operational reports in PDF format for traceability and historical reference.
The integration with Google Drive is used exclusively so that authenticated users can save their generated reports to their own Drive space and access them later.

SAO requests access to Google Drive only to create and store PDF files of operational reports generated by the user within the application. It is not used for mass reading or for sharing data with third parties outside the authorized operational workflow.
