Can't hate it enough. Pure garbage. I try to send my PODs via Adobe Scan, and my company refuses to allow me to use a superior product. The scanner is low resolution garbage and only in black and white. It takes forever to scan a document and does a terrible job on top of that. It doesn't do anything a text message from dispatch won't do better. In fact, I ask them to only send load info via text because this app sucks so bad.

They had a fine document scanner but then they decided to change it. (Hint: Don't fix what ain't broke.) The new scanner is supposed to autodetect the document. It detects everything around the document and gives the document a funhouse mirror effect. That is if it bothers to take the photo. About 60% of the time it says Poor Light. If it was in a professional photo studio with four lights shining on the page it would still say Poor Light.

Hi Gary, please reach out to anywheresupport@mcleodsoftware.com or submit a Support Request through the App if you're having difficulty with image scanning. Our most recent update didn't change the document scanner, but simply delayed the time before the red "shutter" button appears. No changes were made to light detection or auto focus.

I haven't spent this much time waiting for things to load since the '90s. Crashes a lot, very unstable. Constantly refreshes message screen everytime you go to it instead of in the background. Has to retrieve macro forms EVERY time you start a new one instead of saving them natively. Basically, it takes 2-3 times or more longer to do things then it should take, when it works.

Hey David, we've incorporated a number of stability fixes in recent versions. Are you seeing fewer crashes these days with version 261+?
