About this app

TmsAiX Driver is the phone app for trucking companies (carriers) that run on TmsAiX: for their drivers, and for the owners, dispatchers and billing staff who work with them. Your carrier invites you by email or with a link; there is no sign-up in the app.

FOR DRIVERS

YOUR LOADS, AS DISPATCH SENT THEM
• See the loads dispatch sent you, with each stop's place, date and time window.
• Tap Arrived, Loaded, Unloaded and Departed at each stop. Taps work without signal: they wait on the phone and send when it's back.
• Give the reefer reading when the load asks for one.
• Navigate opens the stop in your maps app.

PAPERWORK AT THE STOP
• Scan the BOL, the POD or a lumper receipt with the camera. The app never opens your photo library.
• The photo's hidden details, such as where and when it was taken, are removed before a page is sent.
• When dispatch asks for a re-take, the app says which paperwork and why.

CHAT WITH DISPATCH
• Each load has its own chat with dispatch, beside the team rooms you're in.
• Send a photo from the camera, mention someone, and see when your message was read.
• Notifications say at most what kind of thing happened and the load's number. They never show a message's words, a name, a place or an amount.

LOCATION, ONLY AS YOUR CARRIER SETS IT AND YOU ALLOW
• With your permission, a stop tap or a scan records where you were, for your carrier's record of the stop.
• If your carrier shares trips, and only after you turn it on, the app shares your truck's location while you're on a load: about once a minute while you're moving, every five minutes while you're stopped. It stops after the last stop or when you stop it. Off a load, nothing is shared.
• Your carrier's dispatchers and owners see it. It's kept 30 days unless a different period, from 1 to 365 days, is set for your carrier, and it's never shared with another carrier.

FOR THE OFFICE, BY YOUR ROLE
• Owners, dispatchers and billing staff sign in with their TmsAiX account and see what their role allows, as on the web.
• Dashboard: loads in transit, late, needing a truck and delivered today, what needs attention, and the money owed when your role sees billing.
• Dispatch: today's and tomorrow's loads as a list or on a map. Assign a truck, send the dispatch with your carrier's driver instructions, and message or call the driver.
• AI inbox: the cards TmsAiX's AI makes from your carrier's email, in the same folders as on the web. Check a new load from a rate con, a load's changes, a POD or BOL, a TONU or a driver's email address right on the phone; the others open on the web.
• Mail review: emails waiting for a check before they're sent. Approve and send, or send back with a note.
• Drive as well? Switch to My loads for the driver's screens.

ON YOUR PHONE
• Stay signed in for up to 14 days. Your password is never kept on the phone.
• Unlock with your face or fingerprint if you like: the phone checks it, and it never leaves the phone.
• Work for more than one carrier on TmsAiX? Switch between them in the app.
• Forget this phone removes everything the app kept on it.

WHAT IT ISN'T
No ads, no selling of your data, no tracking across other apps and no analytics. TmsAiX staff open a carrier's records only with that carrier's time-limited support grant, and every look is logged.

Your carrier's data is stored in Microsoft Azure. Notifications reach your phone through Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging.
