Cannot get into my account, have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 15 times over the past 3 days. Have sent message to report problem several times. It was working fine until I tried to update. I have been to the bank and to my carrier, both say it is something else wrong.

Every time I try to log in using my same credentials as I do online, it says unable to validate your information and to call the jacksonville office. I have no problems logging in to my account online, just on this stupid app. Very inconvenient TNB

Never done a transfer from savings account to checking account over the mobile app. Didn't even know u could. That's great. Thank u.
