Awful awful app. It's very confusing to use. You need a pin to access the app, which I understand, however; the app kicked me out. It's like it completely erased me from the system. I still have an actual account with the bank so I'm not sure why this is happening. Side note: don't bank with this company, they send me false bills that show charges I haven't made and won't help me to fix them.

I'm a software engineer and my phone stays in Developer Mode all the time. this is the only app that prevents itself from running due to being in that mode. I have 7 other banking apps at much better institutions that have no issue, this app will not even let you open it. So I go to their circa-2000 website instead

Recently, yesterday in fact, I tried for 3 hours to log in to check account status and was told repeatedly that there was an error. While it has never been this bad before, there are issues with functionality often. I also have considerable trouble reading/understanding the account details to get a clear picture of my accounts. 2/2/22: This app continues to function on a very poor basis. It is NOT convenient to use and does not give accurate info re: my acct. I'm not sure who is responsible.
