Awful awful app. It's very confusing to use. You need a pin to access the app, which I understand, however; the app kicked me out. It's like it completely erased me from the system. I still have an actual account with the bank so I'm not sure why this is happening. Side note: don't bank with this company, they send me false bills that show charges I haven't made and won't help me to fix them.

Recently, yesterday in fact, I tried for 3 hours to log in to check account status and was told repeatedly that there was an error. While it has never been this bad before, there are issues with functionality often. I also have considerable trouble reading/understanding the account details to get a clear picture of my accounts. 2/2/22: This app continues to function on a very poor basis. It is NOT convenient to use and does not give accurate info re: my acct. I'm not sure who is responsible.

App has not opened for 5 days now, uninstalled and reinstalled, still not opening. As someone that travels for my job and not in town most of the time, this is very frustrating and a good reason to switch to another credit union.
