Finally official app release.. First look is good.. However update regularity in response to the feedbacks. My suggestions as of now is 1) Single payment by clubbing bills for all service connections. (So that transaction charge will be saved) 2) Complaint lodging facility.. 3) other payment wallet services i.e. paytm be added..
App crashes frequently when tried options like payment, seeing old transactions, etc. Worst app ever. Test app properly before making it available for public.
Overall good. But only the default or primary consumer number is displayed not all the other added in web portal, and I am unable add a new one here - shows invalid service number error.
The disappointment is debit card payment is available for 2 banks only.... I have account in other bank... How can I pay the bill.... Bt otherwise all is flexible....
Team.please add 24 hours complaint desk.because there is no good response from office if any fuse gone in transformer. And please intimate the shut down of power cut in the app and to the saved service number .it better to do
