To deliver reliable hands-free navigation across the Android operating system, OcuFlow requires the activation of Android's AccessibilityService API. Because this app handles a sensitive system framework, we maintain total transparency regarding how this API is deployed.

1. System-Wide Assistive Gestures (Automated Swipe Injection)
The primary challenge faced by individuals with severe motor limitations is the inability to perform the physical swipes and scrolls necessary to read text, browse articles, or use daily mobile applications. OcuFlow solves this via automated gesture injection. Our application runs a background camera service that monitors the user's facial expressions in real-time. When an intentional facial movement—such as a targeted eye wink—is identified, OcuFlow invokes the AccessibilityService API framework. Using the system's underlying gesture-dispatch mechanisms, the service programmatically executes vertical or horizontal scroll gestures on the user's behalf. This critical interaction allows the user to seamlessly scroll through web content, read digital documents, and navigate third-party social media feeds completely hands-free.

2. Interactive Control Shortcut Integration
Users with physical disabilities require independent, low-effort methods to pause or resume accessibility utilities without digging through complex settings menus. OcuFlow utilizes the system-level Accessibility Service shortcut button mapping. This integration places a dedicated utility trigger directly within the user's layout, enabling individuals to toggle the background wink-detection engine on or off instantly with a simple click. When toggled, an immediate on-screen notification confirms whether the tracking system is active or paused, ensuring total user control over when gesture injection is listening.

UNCOMPROMISING USER DATA PRIVACY POLICY
We believe that accessibility should never come at the expense of personal privacy. OcuFlow is built with a strict data minimization architecture to guarantee your absolute security:

• 100% On-Device Local Processing: OcuFlow utilizes highly optimized local machine learning algorithms (Google ML Kit) running directly on your smartphone's hardware processor. Every piece of structural image parsing, face topology mapping, and wink-detection calculation happens entirely within your device's local memory.
• Zero Data Transmission: No camera feeds, video frames, biometric models, or facial tracking coordinates are ever written to persistent storage, shared with third parties, or transmitted over the internet. Your camera data is processed in real-time frame-by-frame and immediately cleared from memory.
• No Information Harvesting: OcuFlow does NOT read, track, log, or harvest text on your screen, personal account credentials, passwords, or application interaction logs. The AccessibilityService API is locked into a one-way command pipeline used exclusively to trigger automated scrolling motions when you intentionally wink.

HOW TO ACTIVATE OCUFLOW:
To use this app, you must first review our in-app prominent disclosure dialog. Upon providing explicit consent, you will be directed to the Android System Settings menu. Locate "OcuFlow Accessibility Service" under your installed services tab and switch the toggle to ON. You can deactivate this permission at any time via your device settings.
