How about a normal verificatipn process like any other modern app? Asking users to open your mouth and tilting your head just to always get an error message is ridiculous. Never saw such a bad registration page anywhere. Learn from YouBike or similar apps. Also if you use a vietnamese phone number, you can not hit the continue button. Full of bugs.

Bikes won't finished even though the bike is locked and at a station. Happens more than not. Add 10 minutes to most trips just to deal with that. It's a stupid system that needs a modern system design refresh with these bikes taken off the road

Won't send reset codes for registered phone numbers, basically not allowing you to use the app. For some accounts won't allow to log in with the new password after successful password reset.
