unlocking the bikes is at times buggy and you may need a few tries to get the bike to unlock. The payment method is buggy. Doesn't seem to work with international credit cards. you can top up the account at some stores but the app no longer shows me the list of stores, which is essential for the clerck at the store to put your code so that your account is credited. I was able to do that twice but now, the app no longer shows me the list of stores.

A joint review of the app and the bike service. A lot of it is just poorly thought out. The map is only really functional for finding a bike station near you but not getting directions to there, or finding a station near your destination. Renting a bike and unlocking the bike are two different steps, so you might press "start" & start being charged, but you can't cycle because it won't unlock?? I waited 7 minutes and got overcharged today. Bikes should have mirrors. This is Vietnam.

Do not install and use their bikes if you wish to have an enjoyable time travelling in VN. The app is extremely buggy and laggy. They do not accept a lot of Visa and Master card for some reasons (even though it is displayed to be accepted, which is a complete lie). They even charge you more while you are paying or making the transaction as the app still charge you even after you have returned and locked the bike by your f hand. Not to mentioned the bike is heavy and slow as hell.
