Bikes won't finished even though the bike is locked and at a station. Happens very often. And they can charge you extra for that. Recently returning the bike at a station but the app gave some GPS location error. I send them a photo but they charged me 10,000 service fee...for an error in their app! I've used bike systems like this throughout Europe and America and this is by far the stupidest one.

Been trying to unlock the bike for 30mins, app just freezes. Charged money for a service that is unusable. Is this a scam or just extremely bad management? They say support is 24/7 which is a lie. It's actually so disappointing that the app and customer service is such a failure. There are so many unused bikes that are now littering the city. Edit: They cancelled the trip after I messaged on facebook and didn't charge me overall a terrible experience.

unlocking the bikes is at times buggy and you may need a few tries to get the bike to unlock. The payment method is buggy. Doesn't seem to work with international credit cards. you can top up the account at some stores but the app no longer shows me the list of stores, which is essential for the clerck at the store to put your code so that your account is credited. I was able to do that twice but now, the app no longer shows me the list of stores.
