King Order is an internal mobile application specifically designed for Part-time (PT) and Collaborator (CTV) staff, helping to optimize workflow, manage time, and increase sales performance on the route.
The official version provides a full range of tools to support the daily operations of PT/CTV with outstanding features:
1. SMART TIME ATTENDANCE (GPS TRACKING)
- Flexible check-in and check-out of work shifts, with no distance (geofence) limitations.
- Automatically records GPS coordinates at the time of operation to identify and compare with the assigned Distributor (NPP) territory.
- Clear storage and statistics of time attendance history.
2. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT & QR CODE TAG
- Quickly search, check, and create new sales point profiles using only a phone number.
- The intelligent system automatically categorizes customers and suggests the most suitable QR code type.
- Supports taking photos directly at the store to prove that the tracking QR code has been applied, integrating an intelligent recognition mechanism to prevent duplicate application at sales points.
3. DIRECT ORDER PLACEMENT
- Supports PT/CTV in placing orders for customers directly at the point of sale.
- Automatically calculates and applies current promotional programs.
- Intelligent order routing system: automatically forwards orders to the Distributor, Area Sales Representative (SR), or Sales Order Team (SO) for processing.
4. PERFORMANCE & COMPENSATION TRACKING
- Visual reporting system helps PT/CTV track work progress in real time.
- Transparently update the number of successfully applied QR codes, the number of "active" QR codes (those generating orders), and the progress towards achieving KPIs for the week to calculate salaries and bonuses.
*IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ACCESS PERMISSIONS:
To ensure the application functions correctly, King Order requires the following permissions:
1. Location Permission: Required to verify the accurate coordinates of employees when performing timekeeping and QR code application, ensuring employees are working in the correct assigned area.
2. Camera Permission: Required to take actual photos of the sales point as proof of completed QR code application (the application does not use pre-existing photos from the device's library).
Your data is guaranteed to be secure and used only for internal work management purposes.
