Worst app.....Have been trying to login using pan and otp since two days and it always throws an error message saying " error in connection". Its high time the government improves the performance of this app. I am not able to renew my policy online through the app completely. It's high time you people look into this issue and Rectify it at the earliest ... so that it eases the difficulty of aged and older people not standing on big queues at your office during pandamic time.

As some others have noted, the time window to enter OTP is just 10 secs. After repeated OTP re-send requests, I received all of the OTPs together after about 2 minutes! I had tried on desktop as well, with the same issue. The main problem is the delay in receiving OTP. I have NO difficulty in receiving OTP with other websites within about 1 min, at most. However, it is worth mentioning - i entered the first OTP and was able to enter website!!

Experiencing lot of difficulty. The service request when you make for updating nominee or bank details it always shows "error in network". It is high time the app should have been properly tested before launching it live. Today it says to "update" but when you tap the button it does not work. I have to uninstall and then again install. This I had to do several times. Will appreciate if you could look into this immediate and set it right. Balakrishnan
