after quite a few trials, I reached the stage of payment, where the bank did not accept for reason not clear. Then I expect your app to keep all my data saved and ask for another attempt to pay. But it simply goes back to square one. I hv to start all over again not a nice experience

As some others have noted, the time window to enter OTP is just 10 secs. After repeated OTP re-send requests, I received all of the OTPs together after about 2 minutes! I had tried on desktop as well, with the same issue. The main problem is the delay in receiving OTP. I have NO difficulty in receiving OTP with other websites within about 1 min, at most. However, it is worth mentioning - i entered the first OTP and was able to enter website!!

The site is having technical snags. After few seconds " upgrade to new version" appears but does not get updated. Also customer login is not appearing. Even after many attempts I was not able to complete FD formalities. Window given for submitting details is too short. The site resets after some time. There is no provision of saving details entered..
