Someone gifted me tickets. Instead of a simple email with my tickets I had to install three separate apps: Ticketmaster, Jets app, and a wallet app. Lots of glitching as one app tried to communicate with another app. What a stupid way to transfer tickets. Now the Jets app keeps telling me when someone scores (I Do Not Care) even though I disabled notifications. I like watching good hockey but I do not want an app just to go see the game. App will be deleted as soon as I use my tickets.

glitchy garbage. always a nightmare to add my tickets. half the time I open it and it gives me some useless reward and it freezes when forcing me to 'claim my reward'. I would go to more games if Ticketmaster and adding tickets to my Google wallet didn't take hours of frustration.

This app is a joke. I cannot access my account. Says it sent a code to reset my password but no code arrives. The fact you need this app to see tickets received on the Ticketmaster app is a complete joke. I have spent almost an hour just trying to see the tickets I purchased and there is zero technical support or way to actually get help. Total Fail!!!!
