Ratings and reviews

The app is as much laggy as possible and there is no live tracking option even in 2026. While booking ticket the app doesn't show most of the boarding points or drop points we are stuck with the available options and Conductor ask us to board from the option selected. Lots to improve if did can easily be the best service possible

Worst app ever. Why u r giving the guest option. sometimes if I book the guest mood no messages conductor number nothing coming. then why should they allow guest mood booking worst tamilnadu app. they don't have that knowledge also. while travelling conductor number very important

without fixing the bug this app is useless to many people. App lists the buses only when the source is the actual start point of the bus route and the end point is the actual the end of point of the route. No intermediate boarding point or drop point are shown and if we search with an intermediate boarding point or drop point - the only message you get is "No buses are available". This is the same case with the TNSTC website as well.
