Very worst service experienced today, Auto cancelled the confirmed ticket after the bus departure time and have to buy the open ticket without space for atleast standing in the same Bus. There is no information about cancellation, neither received any update or no information about the change in boarding place, have to pay extra for auto to commute from one bus stop to other. Very very poor management. Very Bad experience ever had in my 30+ years of travel history. Lot of things to learn.

The worst ticket booking app I ever seen. While booking ticket, it was throwing error and was asking if I would like to try booking again. Thinking that the booking was unsuccessful, I booked another ticket which also ended up in same message. When I checked my ticket booking history 2 tickets show as booked. When I cancel ticket, you take around 40 percent of theiney as cancellation charge. What kind of platform is it? How can you steal money without having your platform right?

1. The seat should be reclined for long distance journeys. 2 No mobile phone charging facility 3 ,The government bus is flashy on the outside but not so much on the inside. 4. Even a slight increase in fare can improve seating comfort. 5. Booking in English is easy through the website. But it is not so easy in Tamil.
