T&T Pilots is the app for T&T Lite delivery drivers. Here you can see the deliveries and pickups assigned to you by the dispatch center, organize them as you wish, follow the best route, and report every step with evidence, all from your phone.

▸ EVERYTHING ASSIGNED TO YOU, LIVE
Deliveries and pickups come directly from your company's ERP system. When the dispatch center assigns you a new order, it automatically appears on your list and you receive a notification; if it's a pickup, a tone sounds so you don't miss it.

▸ MAP WITH THE BEST ROUTE
See all your stops on a map, each pin numbered, and tap any to view the package: tracking number, recipient, address, phone number, and fare. The app suggests several routes (the fastest with live traffic updates, the shortest, without highways, without tolls, or in the order you set), with their estimated time and distance, so you can choose. Turn-by-turn voice navigation, and if traffic changes, it alerts you and offers a faster route.

▸ ORGANIZE YOUR ROUTE
Drag your deliveries and pickups to move them up or down, and create groups (by zone or time) to better organize yourself.

▸ PICKUP BY STORE
Pickups are grouped by store. At the start, scan the QR code on each package: you can't write it by hand, so you don't forget anything. If a package is missing or the store hasn't sent it, report it as an issue and continue with the rest. At the end, take a mandatory photo (up to six) and you're done.

▸ DELIVERIES WITH EVIDENCE
Record each delivery with up to 5 photos, the recipient's signature, and, if the order is paid for, the amount and payment method. If delivery is unsuccessful, report the reason (customer absent, incorrect address, etc.) and try again later.

▸ CONTACT THE CUSTOMER
Call or send a pre-prepared WhatsApp message, or swipe the order card for faster service.

▸ TRACKING AND MOVEMENT
See your daily progress at a glance, including pending deliveries and pickups, completed tasks, and a log of your assignments and reports. Each order displays its complete history.

▸ YOUR LOCATION, SO CENTRAL CAN TRACK YOU
While you're working, the app shares your location with your company's central office so they can track your deliveries in real time. You'll see a notification while this is happening.

▸ WHO IS IT FOR?
This app is for delivery drivers and pilots from companies that use T&T Lite. To log in, you need the account provided by your company and your tenant's name (for example, "my-company"). If you don't have one, ask your administrator for one.
