BILINGUAL ON EVERY QUESTION
TNUSRB papers are set in Tamil and English, and technical terms often read awkwardly in translation. Police Constable (Gr. II PC / Jail Warder / Fireman) - 150 questions, 150 marks, 160 minutes, no negative marking.
- Part I Tamil Language Aptitude Test: 80 questions, 80 marks, 80 minutes. Qualifying paper (40% required), not counted towards merit.
- Part II General Knowledge 45 questions (45 marks) plus Psychology 25 questions (25 marks), 80 minutes.

Sub-Inspector (SI) - no negative marking.
- Part I Tamil Eligibility Test: 100 questions, 100 marks, 100 minutes. Qualifying paper (40% required).
- Part II General Knowledge 80 questions (40 marks) plus Psychology 60 questions (30 marks), 150 minutes.

Each result sheet gives your score, accuracy, correct / wrong / unattempted counts and time taken, plus a clear qualified or not qualified verdict, with the qualifying paper reported separately from merit. Review every question with its explanation.

TAMIL ELIGIBILITY MODULE
The Tamil Language Aptitude Test is a qualifying paper many candidates underestimate. It has its own module with three sections - Grammar (Ilakkanam), Literature (Ilakkiyam) and Scholars and Culture.
