I can no longer log into my account. Got a new phone several months ago and it worked flawlessly. Then suddenly I couldn't log in, like it'd boot me out after showing a white screen. Talked to Northwestern about it and I was told to wait for updates. Flash forward months later and I'm able to attempt to log in, but can't 'cause the app says my account doesn't exist. I've had a savings and checking account with them for 3+ years now. Still says it as of typing this.

I haven't found any fingerprint ID on this app. The app is unavailable often which I could understand if it was being updated, but it's not. Alerts need to be added where you can set up low funds, payment due dates, deposit alerts, etc. Could do away with the instant balance button and add alerts instead. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app and it won't open so that I can log in. I've checked my operating system and everything. It always worked on my phone, but since the last update, garbage.

It doesn't let me log in anymore. Grrr It says the website is experiencing issues, but its been a couple weeks... and I have an Android 10 version. I've tried things like uninstall, then install again, turn off phone. I can get in online. I just can't log into the app. *Update I can now log in, but I can't deposit using my camera. Which is a function I used often...
