I was really enjoying this app. I paid for premium and had created several personal categories. All of my personal categories disappeared about a month ago. I've reached out for help to the email address listed in the app 3 times since then and have received no response. I'd love to be able to continue to use this app but not if they can't resolve issues or send any sort of response when I need help. Based on their customer service so far, I'll be canceling and finding a different option.

This app has everything I want for my vacation checklist. I like the Attractions feature that finds fun things to do at my destination. The organizer is convenient with adding activities to each day of the trip. Only thing I wish is I could remove unwanted items off the checklist, like contacts which I don't use. I like being able to add my own picture to my trip. Great app

Big problem with this straight away - you cannot create a list of your destination is not found by Google. So, you cannot have a trip for your trip to see your gran, unless you put in the actual destination /address (who wants to do that?). You cannot create a list without actual travel dates either, so if your trip date isn't yet fixed but you want to start packing, you have to invent dates, which can give rise to confusion about the actual dates later on. Cost of premium version is outrageous
