😡 This is the worst app I've ever used. The service is terrible. I can't purchase a WhatsApp number because I never receive the verification code, and buying airtime doesn't work either Customer support is useless I couldn't reach the phone number, the support channel doesn't work, and I sent an email over a week ago with no reply My money is stuck in the app, and I can't use it. I don't recommend this app to anyone trash

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation I have experienced with the TNXVERIFY app. Since this morning, I have been unable to use any of the services on the app, despite having my money in my wallet. The situation is even more frustrating because I have also been unable to contact your support team through the app. It is unacceptable for a platform to hold a customer's funds while preventing the service

Tnxverify I am reporting this app because I believe it may be fraudulent or may not be providing the services it advertises. I deposited money into the app because I wanted to use it to purchase WhatsApp/data services, but the transaction did not work. I also tried using the app to purchase airtime, but I experienced the same problem. The app is not functioning properly, and I am unable to use the money I deposited for the services advertised.
