The alarm went off. I turned it off. I went back to sleep.

To turn the alarm off, you have to get out of bed.

■ The alarm waits for the mission
Shaking the phone does nothing. Distance only counts while the hardware step detector and activity recognition both report walking, so the number on screen sits at 0 while you flail, and if you keep flailing the screen tells you plainly that only real steps count.
Prefer to think? Math, patterns, a rhythm game, a reaction game.
Prefer to move? A minute of brushing, stepping outside, matching emoji faces.
The tongue twister has to be read out loud. Your microphone is the judge.
The screen will not close before the mission is done.
Real emergencies happen. Thirty seconds in, an emergency call button appears, and a call that actually connects for fifteen seconds ends the alarm. Opening the dialer and waiting will not.
Eleven missions in all. Ten of them free.

■ From the alarm to the task
Link a task to an alarm and the task gets checked off the moment you dismiss it.
Mandatory mode moves the finish line. Dismissing the alarm is not enough: the lock holds until the linked task is done, and if you slip out to the home screen the app pulls itself back to the front.
Keep taking a long time to get free and the next mission goes up a notch (Max only). It only goes up. Bringing it back down is a person's call, so there is a reset button in settings.

■ Sleep records
Bedtime and wake time are estimated from screen state and movement.
Estimated. This is not a medical device, and a phone left across the room will get it wrong.
Records stay on the device. They are not sent to a server.
If you are signed in, your daily sleep duration is saved with your account as well; the sleep card in Statistics reads that value.
It goes into the weekly report only if you opt in for that separately.

■ Places and calendar
Save a place you go to often and your rule runs when you arrive.
Departure times are worked backwards from real travel time.
And when the travel time does not come back? Then the notification says it could not be checked and to leave early, and says nothing at all about whether you are late, because a "you are running late" alert with nothing behind it is worse than silence.

■ What it does not do
Floor detection barely works outside Korea, and inside Korea some buildings are still off by half a level.
Transit coverage differs by country. Japan has none, so travel times never come back there.
The AI lock screen and travel times need a connection. Alarms and missions run offline.
Your manufacturer's battery saver can delay an alarm, and while the app walks you to the exemption screen it cannot press the button for you, so test one real alarm before you trust it with a morning that matters.
If Do Not Disturb is on, grant Do Not Disturb access or Android will silence our alarm along with everything else.
Deny physical activity and the walk mission unselects itself, because without it there is no way to tell walking from shaking.

■ Permissions
Physical activity, for the walk mission only. It confirms you walked, and step counts are never stored or charted.
Location, background included, so a saved place can run its rule when you get there.
Notifications, display over other apps, exact alarms. Those three put the alarm on the lock screen on time.
Camera and microphone switch on only for the mission you picked. Brushing and faces use the camera, the tongue twister uses the mic.

Free covers alarms and ten missions. No cap on how many.
Pro adds the AI lock screen, real travel times, sleep re-detection after a mandatory task, and the AI proof mission.
Max adds the AI weekly report, 40 AI lock screens a day, 10 travel checks a day, and history kept for good.
One thing belongs to Max alone. When your dismissals keep dragging, it reads the last seven days once a day and moves the next mission up a step.
