HOW WE HANDLE PUBLISHERS
We show a headline, a thumbnail and the publisher's own summary. We never reproduce the article. Tapping through opens the publisher's own page, in their own words, with their own advertising — because that is how journalism gets paid for. We do not put our advertising over anyone else's page.
Every story names the outlet that reported it. Always.
PRIVACY
Analytics are off until you turn them on. Notifications are off until you turn them on. We do not sell your reading history, and it never leaves your device except as the anonymous signals that rank your For You feed.
Today's Headline is in English, with dedicated editions for the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Everywhere else you get the United Kingdom edition, and more editions are on the way.
