For starters, the free service for disabled isn't the best. It's not unlimited calls, only 1100 minutes. All of my family and friends, live in the states. So that's I serious issue! Most are unlimited calls! 2nd, this app is only in Spanish... so I don't get far,as I am still learning. No option to change languages. And the call center hangs up if no one speaks English, and the option to upgrade to more minutes on the app has been disabled, so we can't upgrade plan. Don't show remaining balance.

Never could log on. Tried with email like the option states with no success. Tried for password recovery just in case i was doing something wrong, but no such luck. I didn't bother myself too much just uninstalled it. Sad though, i would love for it to function properly but, seeing as how they are the only option available im this area, they don't seem to need to care about service.

This app is not meeting my expectations. I would like to be able to see both of my services on the screen. Not just one. I know both are included in the invoice, but not in the app. I only see my home internet service but not my prepaid cellphone service.
