THREE-STAGE WORKFLOW

TodoDoingDone uses a simple, proven workflow:
- To-Do: Tasks waiting to be started
- Doing: Tasks you're actively working on
- Done: Completed tasks

Move tasks between stages with a single tap. The "Do" button moves tasks from To-Do to Doing. The "Done" button marks tasks as complete. The "Defer" button moves tasks back to To-Do if you need to postpone them.

PRIORITY MANAGEMENT

Set priority levels for each task:
- High Priority: Urgent and important tasks
- Medium Priority: Regular tasks (default)
- Low Priority: Nice-to-have tasks

In the timeline view, high-priority tasks automatically appear first, helping you focus on what matters most.

TIMELINE SCHEDULING

The timeline feature lets you:
- View tasks by date
- Navigate through the week with an easy day selector
- Filter tasks by status for each day
- See your schedule organized by priority
- Plan ahead or review past tasks
