About this app

The Toecan app is the official mobile companion for fleet drivers using the Toecan driving-coaching platform.

★ AUTOMATIC TRIP RECORDING
Every drive is captured automatically the moment you turn the ignition. No buttons to press, no setup per trip — the app uses the DriveQuant SDK to detect motion and record your route, speed and driving events from ignition to engine-off.

★ PERSONAL DRIVING SCORES
After each trip you get a safety score, an eco-driving score, a speed-management score, a phone-distraction score and a vehicle-control score, all based on real GPS and sensor data — not self-reporting.

★ WEEKLY COACHING REPORTS
Every week the app delivers a personalised coaching report in your own language (English, Dutch, French or German). The report highlights your strengths, picks one focus area to improve, and gives a concrete tip you can apply on your next drive.

★ FLEET INSURANCE CLAIMS
Drivers covered by a Toecan-managed insurance product can file claims directly from the app: pick the trip, mark the incident type and location on the map, attach photos of the damage, and submit. The form is shared instantly with the fleet manager and the insurance partner.

★ WORK SCHEDULE & WORK-DRIVE TRACKING
Drivers can set the days and hours they're on the clock so trips are correctly attributed to work or private use. Saturday push reminders help drivers confirm their schedule for the upcoming week.

★ PRIVACY-FIRST
Trip data is processed by Toecan BV under EU GDPR. Drivers can request deletion of their account and data at any time via app.toecan.tech/delete-account.html. Full details in the privacy policy at app.toecan.tech/privacy.html.

The Toecan app is intended for professional drivers operating under a fleet contract. Driver accounts are provisioned by your fleet administrator — you cannot create an account directly inside the app.
