The website itself is great! Very excited to have it. However, this app isn't the preferred choice of access to the system. In fact, this app is just a gateway to the website, instead of its own entity. Honestly it's easier to just use your devices browser rather than this. Accidentally backing out too far closes the app and logs you out, forcing you to log back in. Editing memories or your profile becomes frustrating, at best. I'll be using my browser until this can be used as an actual app.

I only downloaded this app so that I could write a review about my experience through their customer support and their free trial agreement. I am no stranger to the "cancel before this time and you won't be charged" gig. In a Veteran website though? Really? That being said, when I contacted customer service to request a refund, the day that I received the charge and without having used any of the "member only" benefits. I was told that the best they could do was give me 50% off my renewal. Shady

This site is a money grab. They trick you into creating an account thinking you'll have access to the whole site, just to stick you in a paywalled sandbox of your own. You can't do anything meaningful without paying for a premium account. Buyer Beware, though, because they also sign you up for a plethora of third party advertisements and email lists, and who knows what else they're doing behind the scenes. These guys should be ashamed of themselves for trying to milk vets like this.
