About this app

The Togoo HR app is your smart gateway to easily and securely managing your daily work needs. Designed for employees of Togoo-enabled organizations, it gives you quick access to your work information, attendance record, and HR requests, all from your phone.

Through the app, you can record your attendance and departure times at the workplace according to your organization's policies, and view current clock-in and clock-out times. The attendance calendar allows you to track your monthly attendance, including days in, late, leave, holidays, and absences, with detailed information for each day.

Togoo HR simplifies submitting and tracking HR requests in one place. You can submit requests for leave, permission, or overtime, as well as requests for fingerprint correction, employee data updates, purchase orders, and complaints. You can attach documents as needed, track the status of each request, and cancel it when permitted by organization policy. You can also view your remaining leave balances and permission hours.

The app also provides a profile that displays your basic job data, such as job title, department, work location, direct manager, and date of hire, so that your important information remains at your fingertips.
