Record maintenance, renovations and inspections clearly and systematically. Save material and labor costs, attach images and documents, add contractor information and your own notes. All entries can be found in the timeline and in search.

Create one-time reminders and recurring maintenance, for example, annually or every three months. You will receive a notification when maintenance is approaching, and you can mark the work as done with one tap.
WEATHER-BASED ALERTS
Taloma can notify you when weather conditions require action. Frost can mean protecting pipes, strong winds securing patio furniture, heavy snowfall checking the roof and heavy rain checking the water control. Weather data is based on the yr.no service.

Manage a detached house, cottage or multiple properties in the same application. Each property has its own maintenance book, reminders and documents.

You can invite family members or co-owners to join. The owner manages access rights and orders.
