I appreciate the Times of India e-paper for easy access to news, but navigating between pages could be improved. Currently, when reading an article, there’s no option at the bottom to go to the next page, so I have to scroll back up and go back before moving to the next page. Adding a simple 'Next Page' button at the bottom would make the reading experience much smoother. Hope this can be considered in future updates

The app has zero regards for customer choices. They allow you to organise tabs and news as per your preferences but then insert new tabs as per their wishes. They send out newsletters by email for which the unsubscribe button doesn't work! They will allow you to stop notifications but only for a max of 30 days. You get to decide but they get to override! The app team spoils an otherwise great news source. Latest update: lesser options for readers to customise. No respect for customer choices.

Should get a MINUS. But no option and hence 1 star. Very poor. Even after having a paid subscription, the app keeps popping up ads to subscribe for premium. Very poor app development. Surely will not continue or suggest others. It after my last review. Again I see ads pop up for Diwali offer while my subscription is till May 2025. Pathetic service and unethical practice.
