HOW LINKING WORKS

Your manager issues you a one-time link code from Rota Manager. Enter your organisation code, username and link code once, and your published shifts appear automatically. Linking, leave, availability and shift swaps are all free and do not require a subscription.

Rota Sync is not a standalone rota-planning app for individuals — it is designed to work with an employer that uses Toi 'n' Moi® Rota Manager.

Rota Sync Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Google Play account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play at any time.

What’s new

You can now see follow-ups on care notes, including overdue ones. Shift and task tick times, photo details, employer shift colours, and what you submitted on a pending profile change are all shown. Fixes a day view that could hang and a settings screen that wrongly said you had no employer.
