Technicians are people who have the expertise to repair and troubleshoot customer devices. At the beginning of this application, when I was on vacation I was playing a game console, uh suddenly the console turned off by itself and didn't want to turn on. I searched around my town, there were only a small number of game shops that could accept repairs with the level of damage I took. It also waited at least 1 week, then I had time to ask why it took so long. They gave an excuse that their technicians were limited, and spare parts had to be pivoted online at a local store, if there was no import, it would take 1 month instead.

For that incident, so that my gaming activities are not disturbed anymore, I created an integrated platform.

1. Tokotechnology Tutorial
Online courses for both novice and professional technicians to learn skills and increase skill depth. Thus, it will give birth to talented young technicians. In addition, for professional technicians to register as instructors, years of working experience can be useful learning materials for younger students.

Marketplace selling custom products on demand, products from the project itself can be sold through this platform. Besides selling all the tools and materials needed for tutorials and working on electronic repair jobs. We will continue to update the component stock according to consumer demand.

To get an order, you can ask the customer to install the "Repair Tokotechnology for Customer" application. Customers can choose Post Job or Booking. This application is a package with "Repair Tokotechnology for Technician" which is used by Technicians.

Customers who have transacted before and are satisfied with the services of certain technicians will usually tend to choose bookings rather than post jobs. You will get live chat from customers and a booking schedule to come to the location.
