tolqAI is a mobile app for monitoring and improving sales performance in offline retail stores.
At the start of a shift, the salesperson taps the Start day button, and the app records customer conversations, saves the history, and sends the dialogues for analysis. Managers can view analytics by salesperson, store, and time period: number of recordings, conversation duration, sales, conversion, and communication quality.
tolqAI helps identify where the team is losing sales: failing to uncover customer needs, not suggesting additional products, not mentioning the loyalty program, or missing important steps in the consultation.
