This app was fantastic when it first came out. Now it has gone through some sort of update and I can not get anything to work on it. What do I do to just simply sign in???? THANK YOU NEVIN JAYNE for mentioning the updated app in your review. Command IQ is the new app. Yes, would have been nice to have been given notice or just have the TBB Fiber app take us there to download it.

Doesn't work properly. Doesn't show what's actually connected. Ip address isn't provided. I have devices connected on my phone to what's supposedly the same network, but the IP addresses are different as if someone has switched the router and connected my devices to someone else's router. The customer service isn't honest about the situation either

Doesn't work. Doesn't show any devices & it lets you control nothing. The customer service is completely lacking. No one can help me with the app or seems to care to. Half of the reason I chose this Internet provider was for the control but without the app I have none.
