[What is MYTOM?]
As the official membership application of Tom N Toms, it is equipped with a rechargeable prepaid card function that can be used like cash at TOM N TOMS stores nationwide and a smart order function that allows you to order and pay before visiting the store. We provide services such as finding a store. In addition, [Tom] and [Stamp] are accumulated when using My Tam, and you can receive free drink coupons (T) and various benefits according to your membership level.

[main function]
- Mobile prepaid card registration, purchase, (automatic) charging, smart order, delivery, gifting
- Check and use coupons presented to application members
- When paying for manufactured beverages with a prepaid card, you can earn Tams and stamps
- Provides a function to find a store near you

[Smart Order and Smart Drive-Thru, Delivery]
Smart Order: This is a smart function that allows you to order and pay for various products such as drinks and food before visiting the store.
Smart Drive-Thru (Valet Order): This is a function that allows you to pick up in a car after placing an order and payment before visiting the store.
Delivery: This is a service that delivers drinks and food without visiting the store.

[Card Registration and Use]
Registration: If you register the Mai Tam physical card purchased at the store to the Mai Tam APP, you can use it in two versions: the physical card and the APP.
Usage: In-app, all stores (except for some stores, separately displayed in My Tam and website notices)




[Card purchase and recharge]
Purchase: You can purchase a Mai Tam physical card at Tom N Toms stores nationwide.
Recharge: You can recharge in Tom N Toms stores nationwide or in the Mai Tam APP.
(Limited amount to recharge per person: 100,000 won, limit to recharge per ID: 500,000 won)
Normal Recharge: The amount is charged to the specified card immediately upon payment.
Low standard automatic recharge: When the balance of the specified card becomes lower than the set threshold, it is automatically charged in advance.
The specified amount will be recharged with the selected payment method.
Automatic monthly flat charge: The specified amount is recharged every month based on the set day.

[Tom, earn stamps]
How to earn: If you pay for the menu you ordered with a Mai Tam prepaid card, Tom and stamps are earned.
(Cannot be accrued when making a complex payment, not accrued when paying with a physical card that is not registered in the Mai Tam APP)
Earning Criteria: One Tam and Stamp will be credited for each manufactured beverage and bakery order.
Tam accumulation benefits: GOLD level rises when 40 Toms are achieved, VIP level rises when 100 Toms are achieved
Stamp Accumulation Benefit: One free drink coupon (T) is provided when 12 stamps are accumulated.

Authorization is required to use the service. You can agree to the optional access right when using the related function, and even if you do not agree, you can use services other than the related function normally.

[Required access rights]
- Device (phone number) and app history: device identification, running app error check and usability improvement
- Storage space: image data and resource storage

[Optional access rights]
- Address Book: Used to search for contacts in My Tam Card Gift
- Camera/Photo: Used when taking and registering a profile photo
-Location: Used for smart orders and finding nearby stores
- Biometric ID: Used when locking the My Tam app
