Every step/page is more misleading than the next; being forced to to pay $30 up front before being allowed to cancel after paying an additional $10 to officially "start" the mandatory subscription is not a free trial. And that's not including the disconnects and app crashes that occurred during setup. I'm a day one customer with a new, out-the-box device. I shouldn't already dislike your company and product this immediately. Read your customer's reviews, be better.

They removed the direct download feature. That was a feature I used very frequently. I spoke with customer service, (which was VERY VERY VERY hard to get in touch with), and apparently they updated the app and changed that feature. You now have to share it to a 3rd party app if you want to download any of your pet's videos. They ended the chat and I didn't even get a resolution to my issue. That's not cool. I shouldn't have to have two separate apps to download my pet's videos. NOT COOL, FURBO.

Used to love my furbo, now it just sits blinking yellow. To the people leaving great reviews on this product and app, give it 2yrs when the warranty is up and then review it again. Furbo refuses to connect to the internet and it's definitely not an internet problem. I have 4 outside security cameras that run on wifi and not a single problem staying connected, among several other devices in the home. I refuse to buy a new one because furbo has control over the connection on their end.
