Pick one photo, and Threadly draws it using nothing but straight threads stretched between pins around a circle. Up close it is thousands of lines; from a distance a face, a pet or an object appears.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Generate string art from any photo, right on your device
- Pinch and drag to choose exactly what goes inside the circle
- Automatically removes the background so the threads focus on the subject
- Watch the threads being strung one by one (1x / 2x / 5x / 10x)
- Save the finished artwork as a 2048 x 2048 image
- Compare it side by side with the original photo

BUILD THE REAL THING
Threadly guides you through every thread, one step at a time ("119 -> 18").
- Pins are numbered clockwise, with pin 1 at the top
- Save a numbered pin template image to print
- See the full sequence as a list, or copy it as text
With a board, pins and thread, just follow the screen.

- Threads: 1,000 to 5,000, or Auto (stops when more threads stop helping)
- Quality: Fast / Normal / Fine

TIP
For portraits, make the face fill about 60-80% of the circle for the clearest eyes and features.
