Add Tags, Notes, & Images: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Tompkins Community Bank’s Customer Care Center directly from the app.

SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Tompkins Digital Banking for desktop. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.

GETTING STARTED
To use the Tompkins Community Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Tompkins Community Bank Digital Banking user. If you currently are a Digital Banking user, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Updated app to now require biometrics login or full password and two factor each time. Can no longer open with user and pin only. Also does NOT allow you to swap easily between users. This does not work for the way my family has our accounts set up and is really unnecessary. These two changes add ton of time to basic tasks like account balance checks.

The new update is tedious, they require verification, are pushing Samsung Pass, and also asking about biometrics. Its a real pain to try to just get into your account, which is frustrating when youre in a hurry. I shouldn't have to go through seventeen screens to get to my own money.

Update is awful. Pin no longer works. It's requiring me to use my fingerprint now which I turned off. Everytime I log in I need to validate my acct through a text. Super cumbersome.
