After a couple of years of use, Toolani has suddenly stopped dialing out to Canada. I have plenty of credit left on my account but in the past months, it refuses to place calls. Not good. When it still worked, it worked well, good volume, clear connections, but it seemed to disconnect me after about 21 minutes on my Canadian calls. At least it permitted me to reconnect right away. Now, it doesn't work at all.

worked fine, but since a couple of days i can't make phone calls to the Netherlands anymore from the USA. I understand they work on it, but how long will that take? also instructions to call to europe are incorrect for calls from USA. I will install a second app so i dont have to rely on them. UPDATE: calls to the Netherlands increased 2000%. But i found another provider. Reason for 5 stars is the very responsive costomer service and super fast credit when i cancelled my account.

can't connect my calls and no support service response Dear David West, Thank you for the automated response. I still can not connect to the Latvian number from Ireland. This is the only reason I downloaded the app, and the call still fails, even though I have credit. I've reinstalled the app - it didn't help. Kind regards
