I was going to use this hisense app since I can't find my remote. When I went to put my info in it wanted me to put my credit card info in to verify its me. Why dont yall do like other apps for verification just text or email a code to put in? And why would you need to verify its me for a a tv remote? None of the others we used required credit card info.

I downloaded this all trying to get a remote for my Hisense tv and I had to put in my card info and create an account. Just for the app to not find my account after I set it all up and my card info and everything else is in that account. Smh. This app sucks.

It is a very compatible with the devices which has any hisense TV and it doesn’t generate any problem in using it which I love the most about hisense tv.
