Interface is intuitive. Changing over to a “virtual” remote didn’t give any comfort. Messed around with it for a few minutes and I was a pro. We use a lot of subscription services and this works very well with all of them. TV responds better with APP Cast too.

I miss my old remote app ☹️ this one is spotty and the ads drive me crazy. If the app isn't used for a short period of time it disconnects and you have to close it, reopen it, go through all the ads again. It's annoying.

Worked great for the first couple of uses. Then it quit working properly.. everything is up to date with my phone and TV, but this app simply does not work with it unless I restart my phone every single time I want to use it.
