This app can work and doesn't make you sign up to use it, it just looks that way but you choose *Close to allow it to open up again. There you can set up 2 different Panasonic remotes. The issue is not w the app but w your phone. What phones in 2022 have IR components that'll allow this app to work? Dig out an old phone w IR, set that up on your wifi to get Playstore & install this app there. You can set it up that way. I got the remote open but my Galaxy Note has no IR components. App is fine.
