Tools Skin ML is a free skin-mod toolkit for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Browse a large catalogue of hero skins, battlefield maps, button layouts, backgrounds and interface packs, preview them, and apply them to your own game with a single tap.

Tools Skin ML changes game files stored on YOUR device. The result is client-side and visual only: the skins appear for you, they are not visible to other players, and they do not unlock, purchase or grant any item in your account. This is a personal customization tool — not a hack, and not a way to obtain paid content.

FOUR WAYS TO CONNECT — CHOOSE WHAT FITS YOUR PHONE

• Direct install (FS) — Android 9 and below. Just grant storage permission and you are ready. No PC, no extra app.
• Folder access (SAF) — Android 10 and above. Pick the game folder once and you are done.
• Wireless debugging (ADB) — Android 11 and above. Pair once on the phone itself, no computer required. The app remembers the connection, so you will not have to pair again.
• Shizuku — high-privilege shell without root, if you already use Shizuku.

None of these require root. The Connect screen tells you in one line whether you are ready to mod and which method is currently active, so you are never left guessing.
