The motor and charger were not working, the seal was broken, and it appeared to have been opened and tampered with previously. Furthermore, parts were broken, and the bottom piece was poorly re-attached with what looked like Feviquick. When I attempted to return it, my request was denied because the return policy is only valid for 72 hours after delivery.
