I am extremely disappointed with a recent purchase from this app. I ordered an automatic and manual sprayer, but the product arrived faulty. The motor and charger were not working, the seal was broken, and it appeared to have been opened and tampered with previously. Furthermore, parts were broken, and the bottom piece was poorly re-attached with what looked like Feviquick. When I attempted to return it, my request was denied because the return policy is only valid for 72 hours after delivery.

I've already had much experience with this app, and am totally very pleased and satisfied with the company along with workers, they always care customers, whenever there's a problem they always find to solve that one way or the other. However, one thing i want to say and a suggestion from me is that, please inquire whether the items is received from our end, especially on involvement of big sum, even if it's a small item, please do so to inquire as every items is valuable to the customers

we have purchased multiple machinery from tools villa earlier and don't do any Unboxing video and don't find any issues. but recently we have ordered a milk cream machine cost of 50k and unboxed without making any video as same as earlier products.. but we have received damage and not working product.. and Toolsvilla is asking for the Unboxing video which we doesnt take it. and when I ask about why moter is not working for the machinery they stopped responding my emails.. pls don't buy from them
