Disappointed with Toolsvilla’s Service I ordered a machine from Toolsvilla that was smaller and appeared older than advertised. When I requested a return, I was asked to make a repacking video, which I did, but they continued to delay the process. Despite multiple follow-ups, they eventually refused to take the machine back. The customer service was unresponsive, and I missed a call while in the hospital. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Recently I purchased a 5 shelves rack. The product was sent with just plastic wrapping. The product quality was poor, the metal was not durable and the paint had worn out. They say "easy return" in the policy but will find all the reason to reject any return. In spite of raising a complaint with all poor product quality pics, the customer support is not ready to take return. And support reply is also late.

Worst experience!! I have ordered manual milking machine & now I'm saying lot's of comments about that machine. That it's not working at all & I have send mail & even tried to call but no answer. I'm trying to cancel my order which is showing in transit but on the toolsvilla app there is no option of cancellation of order. Just useless app and products too.
