Document the Quantity, Description, Brand, Part Number, Serial Number, Purchase Price, Bank / Locker and Drawer / Compartment where the item is stored, Purchase / Acquisition Date, Tool Condition, Total Value, Supplier/Vendor, UPC / Barcode, and even critical notes for each and every item.

Track the current condition of every individual tool, piece of equipment, or asset item with critical Tool Condition states that include “On Order”, “New”, “Used”, “Warranty Required”, “Warranty Pending”, “Requires Updates”, “Loaned Out”, and instantly tracks Loss / Theft of items through negative Quantity.

Tool Tracker PRO allows the user maximum flexibility and customization to rename, copy, delete, transfer, filter, sort, search, and even print detailed PDF format reports for all of your Storage Locations, Categories, Items, and Tool Tracker Notes.

Track In-depth financial and statistical analysis information for your inventory items such as Net Worth by Storage Location, Category, and Item, Brand Distribution Percentage, Total Net Worth by Brand, Total Net Worth by Brand / Location, and even track your items Purchase History to see your total items and monthly and yearly purchasing trends.

Instantly generate PDF format reports and statements to be able to view and share critical Inventory Item Statements, Loss / Theft Reports, and Total Net Worth Reports per Storage Location or for all Storage Locations combined to assist in documenting Insurance Claims or filing Police Reports in the event you should suffer a partial or even full loss in items whether by natural disaster, theft, or other means.

Use advanced features like UPC / Barcode and QR Code scanning functionality to quickly track, search, and update your inventory items. Quickly scan and transfer tools, equipment, and assets inventory between family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers by scanning the custom generated QR Code for each item to transfer from Tool Tracker PRO to Tool Tracker PRO application and device-to-device with our “Scan QR Code to Import Tool(s)” feature.
