- Order an impression kit
In case at-home, in-clinic, and flagship center scans are unavailable in your area.
 
Once you have received your clear aligners:
- Tracking aligner wear time against recommended usage

Extremely frustrating experience first of all it took me so much time to log in the app , repeatedly generating otps and all and now when I am done with this and wants to delete the account I have once again I am not receiving any otps , however much efforts I put I am not able to receive the otp and delete the account do something toothsi

I have taken toothsi services from them. It's almost a year and I got only 4 set of aligners, one set aligners can be used for 15 days. Initially they told that it will take 15 months to complete the service. Later increased to 21 months. Now I doubt they will complete it or not. It's like, never ending service. I wish, I shouldn't have taken their services. Customer service is pathetic.

Very disappointing experience with Toothsi. I requested cancellation and loan closure within just 3–4 days of starting the treatment, but the team only keeps generating tickets without giving any actual resolution. It has been a long time and my issue is still unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. Poor customer support and extremely frustrating experience.
