- Order an impression kit
In case at-home, in-clinic, and flagship center scans are unavailable in your area.
 
Once you have received your clear aligners:
- Tracking aligner wear time against recommended usage

Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience. I have taken plan & reached last phase of using retainer. They are providing only 1 set of retainer. You have to use it for 9 month and after using of 3 month, the retainer crackling. When I called customer care for replacement, they are telling that you have to pay for it. I told already paid full amount then why pay again. You have to provide aditional retainer, then they are telling we can't provide. You have to pay for that. Very bad experience. Don't go for it.

I had booked a free scan. The team rescheduled the appointment as per its convenience, then kept me waiting without any further information. When I followed up, they finally refused to come for the scan, stating that we will come only if you agree to take the full treatment and pay for the same.

I started a 5-month Toothsi treatment as a Prime member for my forwardly placed upper teeth. Despite using five aligners, I saw only minimal improvement. I was told that significant changes would appear after completing all aligners. Even after the full treatment, the improvement was minimal, and the rest of my teeth remain forwardly placed. My front teeth are still not aligned as expected. I am dissatisfied with the results and consider Toothsi a waste of money
