Start your smile makeOver journey by selecting an appointment date and time on the app. Our pros will visit you at your home, at your convenience.
 
- Change of plans? We’ve got your back!
Rescheduling or canceling your appointment is pretty easy within the app.
 
- Order an impression kit
In case at-home, in-clinic, and flagship center scans are unavailable in your area.
 
Once you have received your clear aligners:
- Tracking aligner wear time against recommended usage
It is recommended to wear your aligners for at least 22 hours each day. The app’s wear-time tracking feature will help you stick to this schedule every day.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER SEEN. I've been scheduled for 3 time and neither of the times did they applied my braces giving excuses of "we don't have the instrument to apply your braces". they have been saying it for a while and again when i tried to contact with the support team they said, "we don't have the instruments at our store". they have been disappointing me for 4 months by now and still I've got no braces applied. i must have not trusted the app. Am really fed up of tootshi.

Extremely disappointing experience with Toothsi. I raised a critical app issue almost a month ago, and it is STILL unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. The issue prevents me from properly tracking and monitoring my aligner progress. Customer care has shown zero urgency or accountability. Ironically, the only calls I receive are for marketing/enquiries. Once payment is made, there is practically NO support. Very poor after-sales service. Think twice before paying!

I have got an issue with my retainer set ..so dr.sanya had take very quick action to sort my issue and helped me to get my retainers . overall process is smooth. I didn't face much issue through out the process
