Start your smile makeOver journey by selecting an appointment date and time on the app. Our pros will visit you at your home, at your convenience.
 
- Change of plans? We’ve got your back!
Rescheduling or canceling your appointment is pretty easy within the app.
 
- Order an impression kit
In case at-home, in-clinic, and flagship center scans are unavailable in your area.
 
Once you have received your clear aligners:
- Tracking aligner wear time against recommended usage
It is recommended to wear your aligners for at least 22 hours each day. The app’s wear-time tracking feature will help you stick to this schedule every day.

Ratings and reviews

Getting like 10 calls in a day whether we take the service or not. Even after repeated requests to remove me from the promotional calls, still keep getting them. My call history is filed with blocked numbers from them, still the calls are flooding throughout the day. if you need peace of mind please do not contact them.

I've been using Skinnsi for over 2 and half years and the service has absolutely DEGRADED over time. they have no respect for their customers, customer service is terrible, they close your ticket without so much as a call or message and no resolution. You have to fight over call everytime to even schedule an appointment or choose a therapist. My package says unlimited appointments for 2 years but the app won't show you any slots for the upcoming 3 weeks atleast. waiting to be done with it all!!

I am in the middle of treatment and so far the experience has been great. Right from the first scan till date the follow ups have been prompt, professional and courteous. The app is great, the helpline works in case you need to reach out and the appointments are hassle free giving me a tailor made experience. Dr. Keerti esp. was able to resolve all my queries on a call and her inputs regarding the treatment progress were really reassuring!
