these lights cost hundreds of dollars, and this app does not work. all it says when you want to register is request failed. what a disgrace

I've had this app and the permanent outdoor Christmas lights it's supposed to support for over a year now. They dropped support of the app and I cannot control my lights anymore. Such a waste of hundreds of dollars and super frustrating.

Horrible!!! can't get into the app. it used to work but now it just says the request failed. Paid hundreds of dollars for the lights and now they are useless. I think we should all take legal action against this company. The time wasted putting up permanent lights on your house that renders useless and the amount of money we are out of is unjust. Should have went with Govee!!!
