About this app

Pavelink helps address ever-changing variables in the asphalt paving process by monitoring and managing steps in the planning, preparation and execution of projects. This cloud-connected application ties together technology at the asphalt plant’s weighbridge, mobile devices in trucks and sensors on the pavers to give stakeholders a real-time view of the entire paving workflow.

Optional Pavelink Thermal Mapper app, displays, sensor kits and associated apps record, visualize and document screed width; and location, temperatures and volumes of laid asphalt. Pavelink aggregates and reports on this data to equip project stakeholders with current information so adjustments can be made from the mix at the plant to the arrival of materials at the job site and speed of the paver.

Documentation is another problem in paving projects. Pavelink generates digital weigh tickets at connected paving plant scales, then centrally stores those tickets and all of the other preparation, planning, process and execution documentation. This information can then be accessed via the mobile app or web as appropriate – keeping documentation current, accurate and available for certifications, claims and invoicing.

The app will only work with credentials provided by registered Topcon dealers. Check https://www.topconpositioning.com/ for a list of current dealers.
