Just to be a bit more specific about my review. I made a transaction that didn't go through but I didn't receive an automated message as in most cases so I wouldn't have known. Rather, I was personally contacted via text message informing me that the money didn't go through. I was initially skeptical because that wasn't the indication at my end, unlike the other transactions that didn't go through. Well, they diligently worked and guided me through till the money went through successfully.

I always find it difficult to send money, unless I call someone to go through the procedures with me. I'm not please that.
