Ratings and reviews

Just deleted after 5 days. Entertaining for about a day. U start off with enough to have fun. Then the grind starts. Unrealistic time and material requirements. The game forces u to consider hitting the .99 to $99 buttons a billion times so u can actually grow in the game, unless u somehow have the patience, material and in-game coin to wait 3 realtime days just to build a mid level piece of armor. It's also nice coming back the next day to find ur stuff killed or destroyed by other players.

pay-to-play time drainer - The game is advertised as both a strategy game & a zombie killing game, neither of those things is the crux of what takes place. Buy packs, & level up. Customer service is non-existent when game gets glitchy or you have any type of problem. You MUST spend money to keep up with other players. The only time you will get any response from customer service is when you write a review. Trouble tickets mean nothing.

I used to enjoy this game, but they are greedy, dishonest, and lack of professionalism from customer service is what is making me quit the game (most of AI responses). Constant glitches, missing items, and toxic gambling culture. You don't spend money in games? Then this game isn't for you... expensive and frustrating game. If you think you're coming here to solve puzzles, you will be sorry. Do not download.
