The app is easy to use. Reloading funds and placing orders is a snap. However, I'm giving this a 1 star because everytine I've placed an order for pickup I constantly get the "Symphony Service Is Not Available Error". This makes the app useless

I just updated the app and now it won't open at all. I even tried clearing the cache on my phone.

app sends a text to your cell phone to authenticate but I don't receive the text so unable to log in. useless.
