This app is a piece of junk. As someone else stated, I never could connect to the Tops network. The app kept timing out because my phone could not connect to the network. I even rebooted my phone while in the store to see if that helped. It didn't. I have a hard time understanding why this app was obviously not tested before being released. I will stick with Wegmans. Their scan & go app works perfectly every time.

I wanted this to work so badly. It would save time and help track spending. However, the app gets stuck on the loading screen and will not connect to the Tops WiFi in multiple stores, each of which have ads all over the store to use the Shop & Scan in their location. I've tried everything from closing the app and reopening it, uninstalling and reinstalling, and completely shutting off my phone and turning it on again. Even store staff could not get it working.

Had trouble connecting to the wifi. Eventually connected through my phone settings. Then the app would disconnect when I opened the app again. Once I figured out that issue, the button to scan items wasn't working. So closed the app and finished my shopping the old fashioned way. Uninstalling. It was a neat idea.
